Overview

In this session, e-commerce expert Michael Fleming will review the basics of sales tax nexus, income tax nexus and differences between the two. Sellers, whether they are traditional brick and mortar, e-commerce, or a combination of the two, and their CPAs are concerned about the income tax implications of registering for sales tax.
